There is a known system wide service issue. It is intermittent and mostly down – to partially down with various symptoms: slow, some sites/activities may not work at all, especially while we are troubleshooting this issue. Troubleshooting may require system restarts, including isolating areas to be be taken down and up.

  • We are still troubleshooting this issue and working towards a resolution. In the process of this, core systems may need to be restarted, areas may need to be isolated for testing – causing the area to go fully down, etc… Please be patient while we work on this. It is not a simple hardware failure that can be dealt with quickly or easily and is being difficult to resolve thus far.
