RESOLVED – System Wide Outage

- There is a known system wide service issue. It is intermittent and mostly down – to partially down with various symptoms: slow, some sites/activities may not work at all, especially while we are troubleshooting this issue. Troubleshooting may require system restarts, including isolating areas to be be taken down and up.
We understand that this is causing everyone difficulties and appreciate your patience while we work to solve this issue.

- Morning – 6/15/2025
- We are still troubleshooting this issue and working towards a resolution. In the process of this, core systems may need to be restarted, areas may need to be isolated for testing – causing the area to go fully down, etc… Please be patient while we work on this. It is not a simple hardware failure that can be dealt with quickly or easily and is being difficult to resolve thus far.

- Systems were restored to normal operation and the network is back up and fully operational now!
